Manager / Sr. Manager - Investment Banking Finance & FP&A

Job Summary
We are seeking a finance professional with strong investment banking finance experience across financial reporting, accounting, FP&A and financial modeling. The role will support transaction-oriented businesses, management reporting, profitability analysis and strategic financial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting and accounting activities for investment banking business lines and transactions.
• Prepare management accounts, reconciliations, accruals, provisions and month-end reporting.
• Build and review financial models for transactions, valuations, business cases, forecasts and profitability analysis.
• Perform FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis and performance reviews.
• Analyze deal economics, fee income, transaction costs, capital allocation and business-line profitability.
• Support financial due diligence, transaction analysis and investment committee/management reporting.
• Coordinate with risk, treasury, compliance and business teams on financial implications of transactions.
• Maintain strong financial controls and reporting quality across complex transaction structures.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Information Security, Computer Science or a related discipline, as applicable.
• Strong experience in financial reporting, financial accounting, FP&A and financial modeling.
• Relevant experience within banking or financial services, with direct exposure to the functional area.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, reporting and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of banking risk, governance, controls and regulatory requirements relevant to the role.
• Professional certifications relevant to the function (e.g., CA/ACCA/CFA/FRM/CIA/CAMS/CISA/CISM/CISSP) are preferred where applicable.

Preferred Industry Exposure
Investment Banking, banking/financial services, with direct exposure to finance and relevant banking products, processes and regulatory requirements.
