We are seeking a Finance Systems & Data Migration Consultant to support the migration of financial data from Tally to Oracle NetSuite. The role requires a strong combination of accounting, ERP, data migration, reconciliation, and reporting expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Migrate historical financial data from Tally to Oracle NetSuite, including data extraction, cleansing, mapping, validation, and upload.
Reconcile opening balances, trial balances, general ledgers, and historical transactions before and after migration.
Review and reconcile Salesforce and Oracle NetSuite integrations, including customer data, invoices, receipts, and project information.
Investigate and resolve missing, duplicate, incorrectly mapped, or unreconciled transactions.
Post approved historical entries, audit adjustments, reclassifications, and accounting corrections.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), month-end closing activities, audit schedules, and migration documentation.
Develop automated reconciliation, exception-reporting, and data analysis tools using Advanced Excel, Power Query, VBA/Macros, or similar solutions.
Maintain complete supporting documentation and audit trails for all migration activities.
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in finance systems, ERP implementation, or data migration projects.
Hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite, Tally ERP, and Salesforce integrations.
Strong accounting and reconciliation background.
Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query, VBA/Macros, and financial data analysis.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Qualification:
ACCA, CA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification.
Experience in finance transformation, ERP migration, or system implementation projects.
