Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Finance Director to lead the Finance function across its diverse and rapidly growing business clusters, including Heavy Equipment & Logistics, Quick Commerce, E-Commerce & Fulfillment, Warehousing & Supply Chain Solutions, and Technology/Software Solutions.
The Finance Director will provide strategic and operational financial leadership across the Group, partnering closely with business leaders to drive profitable growth, financial discipline, cash generation, operational efficiency and informed commercial decision-making.
The role will lead 3–4 Finance Managers and a Finance organization of approximately 40 professionals, ensuring strong financial governance across multiple business lines, locations, customers, contracts and operating models.
Key Responsibilities
1. Finance Leadership & Strategy
- Lead the overall Finance function and establish a high-performing, scalable finance organization.
- Partner with the CEO/Executive Leadership and business heads on strategy, growth, investment and profitability decisions.
- Develop financial plans, budgets, forecasts and long-range business plans across all business clusters.
- Establish clear financial KPIs, performance dashboards and accountability across the organization.
2. Business & Commercial Finance
- Drive business-unit profitability, pricing, margins and cost optimization across logistics, fulfillment, warehousing, quick commerce and technology businesses.
- Provide financial evaluation of new contracts, customers, projects, warehouses, fleets, technology investments and expansion initiatives.
- Review unit economics across transportation, warehousing, fulfillment and technology-led solutions.
- Partner with Commercial and Operations teams on tenders, bids, pricing models and contract negotiations.
3. Financial Control & Reporting
- Oversee monthly/quarterly management reporting, statutory reporting, financial close and consolidation.
- Ensure robust accounting policies, internal controls, reconciliations and financial governance across all business units.
- Ensure compliance with applicable IFRS, ZATCA, VAT and Saudi regulatory requirements.
- Lead external audit, internal controls and financial governance initiatives.
4. Working Capital, Cash & Treasury
- Drive strong cash-flow management and working-capital discipline across the business.
- Oversee receivables, payables, collections, inventory-related working capital and cash forecasting.
- Establish appropriate controls over customer credit, payment terms and commercial exposure.
- Partner with banks and Group stakeholders on financing, guarantees, facilities and treasury requirements.
5. Operational Finance
- Build strong finance partnering with Operations across fleet, transportation, warehouses, fulfillment centers, heavy equipment logistics and other operational platforms.
- Improve cost visibility across fleet, manpower, facilities, technology, subcontractors and logistics operations.
- Establish effective cost-center, project and business-unit profitability structures.
- Drive automation and digitization of finance processes and management reporting.
6. Technology, Projects & Investment
- Provide financial leadership for warehouse automation, software/platform solutions, technology investments and supply-chain transformation projects.
- Evaluate CAPEX, ROI, payback, project profitability and commercial viability.
- Ensure effective financial controls throughout major implementation and expansion projects.
7. Team Leadership
- Lead and develop 3–4 Finance Managers with an overall finance organization of approximately 40 employees.
- Establish clear organizational structures, responsibilities, KPIs and succession plans.
- Build a commercially focused Finance function that operates as a strategic partner to the business rather than only a reporting function.
