anager / Senior Manager – Investment Banking Finance & Financial Planning

Job Summary
We are seeking a finance professional with strong investment banking finance experience across financial reporting, accounting, FP&A and financial modeling. The role will support transaction-oriented businesses, management reporting, profitability analysis and strategic financial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting and accounting activities for investment banking business lines and transactions.
• Prepare management accounts, reconciliations, accruals, provisions and month-end reporting.
• Build and review financial models for transactions, valuations, business cases, forecasts and profitability analysis.
• Perform FP&A activities including budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis and performance reviews.
• Analyze deal economics, fee income, transaction costs, capital allocation and business-line profitability.
• Support financial due diligence, transaction analysis and investment committee/management reporting.
• Coordinate with risk, treasury, compliance and business teams on financial implications of transactions.
• Maintain strong financial controls and reporting quality across complex transaction structures.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; professional certification is preferred where applicable.
• Strong experience in financial reporting, financial accounting, FP&A and/or financial modeling, as applicable.
• Relevant banking or financial services experience with direct exposure to the functional area.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of banking governance, controls, risk and regulatory requirements relevant to the role.

Preferred Industry Exposure
Investment Banking banking and financial services, with direct exposure to finance, relevant banking products/processes and applicable regulatory requirements.
