Job Summary
We are seeking an investment banking finance professional with strong financial reporting, accounting, FP&A and financial modeling capabilities. The role will support transaction analysis, valuations, profitability reporting and strategic finance activities.
Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial reporting and accounting deliverables for investment banking activities.
• Perform month-end close, reconciliations, accruals, provisions and financial analysis.
• Build and review financial models for valuation, transaction structuring, forecasting and scenario analysis.
• Analyze transaction profitability, fee income, deal costs and capital requirements.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and long-range financial planning.
• Prepare management and transaction reporting packs with clear financial insights.
• Work closely with investment, risk, treasury, compliance and business teams.
• Ensure robust financial controls, documentation and reporting accuracy.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; professional certification is preferred where applicable.
• Strong experience in financial reporting, financial accounting, FP&A and/or financial modeling, as applicable.
• Relevant banking or financial services experience with direct exposure to the functional area.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of banking governance, controls, risk and regulatory requirements relevant to the role.

Preferred Industry Exposure
Investment Banking and financial services, with direct exposure to finance / financial modeling, relevant banking products/processes and applicable regulatory requirements.
