Job Summary
We are seeking a cybersecurity professional with banking or financial services experience and strong exposure to SAMA and/or NCA frameworks. The role will focus on cybersecurity governance and risk across investment banking, markets, transaction and financial technology environments.
Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor cybersecurity governance aligned with SAMA and NCA frameworks.
• Assess cyber and information security risks across investment banking, markets and transaction platforms.
• Drive compliance with SAMA Cybersecurity Framework requirements and applicable security controls.
• Perform security risk assessments, control reviews and remediation monitoring.
• Support vulnerability management, incident response, threat management and security assurance.
• Review third-party, cloud and technology risks associated with critical banking services.
• Prepare cybersecurity risk reporting, metrics and governance materials for senior management.
• CISO certification or equivalent cybersecurity governance certification is strongly preferred.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Hands-on exposure to SAMA and/or NCA requirements; CISO certification or equivalent is strongly preferred.
• Relevant banking or financial services experience with direct exposure to the functional area.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of banking governance, controls, risk and regulatory requirements relevant to the role.

Preferred Industry Exposure
Investment Banking and financial services, with direct exposure to cybersecurity, relevant banking products/processes and applicable regulatory requirements.
