This notice explains what we collect, why, and your rights, in line with the EU GDPR, the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and the KSA Personal Data Protection Law.

Identity and contact details (name, email, phone); your CV/résumé and its contents; profile information you provide (nationality, location, current role and company, experience, qualifications, salary expectations, notice period, visa status, languages, ERP experience); your answers to role-specific questions; and account credentials if you register a candidate account.
We process your data to evaluate your application, to contact you about current and future suitable roles, and to manage the recruitment and placement process. Our lawful basis is your consent (which you give when you apply or register) and our legitimate interest in recruitment. Where a role requires visa sponsorship, certain data (such as nationality and visa status) is necessary to assess eligibility.
Your data is accessed by athGADLANG's authorised recruitment and management staff, and — where you progress — shared with the relevant hiring client. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
We retain candidate data for as long as needed to consider you for current and future roles, and no longer than 24 months after your last activity unless you ask us to keep it longer or a placement requires it. You may request deletion at any time.
Access is restricted by role and region, transmissions are encrypted in transit where the portal is served over HTTPS, and files are stored on access-controlled systems.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, withdraw consent, or object to processing. If you hold a candidate account you can update or delete much of your data yourself. To exercise any right, email info@athgadlang.com.
